Change in Bau-Verein´s Management Board
- Management Board member Andreas Ibel to leave the Company on 30 June 2009
- Rolf Elgeti appointed to the Management Board by the Supervisory Board
(Hamburg, 12 June 2009) Andreas Ibel, a member of the Management Board of Bau-Verein zu Hamburg Aktien-Gesellschaft, will be leaving the Company effective 30 June 2009 to pursue new challenges outside the Group. Andreas Ibel had been a member of Bau-Verein´s Management Board since 2001. The Supervisory Board and the Management Board thank Mr. Ibel for his valuable contribution over so many years.
The Supervisory Board has appointed Rolf Elgeti to Bau-Verein´s Management Board effective 1 July 2009. Rolf Elgeti worked as an analyst in the United Kingdom for many years, including for ABN Amro and Commerzbank Securities among others, and has an excellent knowledge of the capital markets. To date, he has been managing real estate funds in Berlin on an independent basis. At the same time, the Supervisory Board has appointed Elgeti as CEO of TAG Immobilien AG, of whose group Bau-Verein is a member, effective 1 July 2009.
