Bau-Verein zu Hamburg: Preliminary figures for 2007
- 23 percent increase in revenues to EUR 96.6 million - Dividend payment planned

(Hamburg, March 19, 2008). Bau-Verein zu Hamburg Aktien-Gesellschaft, a subsidiary of TAG Tegernsee Immobilien- und
Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft, performed successfully in 2007. On the basis of preliminary figures, revenues rose by 23 percent to EUR 96.6 million (2006: EUR 78.6 million), with total assets climbing by 11 percent to EUR 365.4 million.

With earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) coming to EUR 23.4 million (2006: EUR 25.5 million), earnings before tax (EBT) reached EUR 13.8 million, down on the previous year as planned (2006: EUR 16.4 million).
Pending the approval of the annual financial statements by the Supervisory Board on April 17, 2008, the shareholders will be asked to approve a dividend of EUR 0.10 per share at the annual general meeting on June 19, 2008.

The final figures for fiscal 2007 will be released on April 24, 2008.
