Bau-Verein zu Hamburg increases management resources

(Hamburg, August 14, 2006). Frank Bondkirch (44) is taking over the position of Head of Finance at Bau-Verein zu Hamburg Aktien-Gesellschaft. His responsibilities at the company, which has been operating on the German housing market for more than 110 years, include accounting, financing and the commercial property operations. Mr Bondkirch has been with the company since the beginning of August and will be helping to carry out the expansion of Bau-Verein into a future REIT company within the TAG Group.

Frank Bondkirch´s most recent previous position was as a member of the Management Board of M.M. Warburg & CO Hypothekenbank AG, where he had been in charge of the property loan business since January 2002. After graduating in law, he began his professional career as a trainee at BfG Bank AG. Later, he was on the corporate customer regional management staff there in Berlin before he moved to key account management in London, leaving BfG Bank AG in 1996 as Property Account Manager. Before he joined M.M. Warburg & CO KGaA in Hamburg as Property Loan Manager in 2000, he was Deputy Manager / Special Financing at RheinHyp Rheinische Hypothekenbank AG, until he took over responsibility for loan portfolio acquisition.
