Rolf Elgeti
Member of the Management Board of Bau-Verein zu Hamburg AG
Rolf Elgeti is Member of Bau-Verein´s Management Board effective 1 July 2009. He worked as an analyst in the United Kingdom for many years, including for ABN Amro and Commerzbank Securities among others, and has an excellent knowledge of the capital markets. To date, he has been managing real estate funds in Berlin on an independent basis. At the same time, the Supervisory Board has appointed Elgeti as CEO of TAG Immobilien AG, of whose group Bau-Verein is a member, effective 1 July 2009.
Rolf Elgeti is married and has three children.
Hans-Ulrich Sutter

The Supervisory Board of Bau-Verein zu Hamburg Aktien-Gesellschaft has appointed Hans-Ulrich Sutter (60) as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective as of 1 October 2008. Hans Ulrich Sutter has been Chief Financial Officer of TAG Immobilien AG since April 2008. Hans Ulrich Sutter has hitherto the same position at Deutsche Real Estate AG in Hamburg, prior to which he was responsible for financial matters at GSW Gemeinnützige Siedlungs- und Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin.
Hans-Ulrich Sutter is married and has two children.
Dr. Harboe Vaagt
Member of the Management Board
Harboe Vaagt has been appointed a member of the Management Boards of TAG and Bau-Verein zu Hamburg Aktien-Gesellschaft, with effect from 1 April 2011. Vaagt, who holds a doctorate in law, will continue to supervise the Legal department, which he has headed for 12 years.
Harboe Vaagt is married and has two children.
