1967
Reconstruction has largely been completed. The Bau-Verein has built 3,924 apartments, 92 shops, multi-storey car parks with 800 spaces and 50 other rental units. New development projects during the 1960s result in the construction of special apartments to cater for families with a large number of children and old people.
1943
By 1943, the Bau-Verein has constructed 3,667 apartments and 76 shops. During the air raids in 1943, half the apartments owned by the company are destroyed.
